IBRAHIMOVIC REJECTS LA GALAXY, STICKS WITH UNITED

Zlatan Ibrahimovic is set to reject the offer of LA Galaxy to remain at Old Trafford, according to reports.

The Swede, who is knee injured, would not be able to offer much to the Red Devils team in the first half of the season so Jose Mourinho opted to make a replacement in Romelu Lukaku.

Zlatan was reported to be on his way to China or more likely the MLS where he would see off the rest of his football career. The Los Angeles based football sides wanted him, with reports claiming the former PSG player could have received £6 million annually in wages.

The 35-year old free agent could accept an offer from United on a short term basis. Despite the interests in him outside Europe, the player opted to stick with the continent. MLS football sides would have loved to have the highly decorated footballer join them this year or early next year but that seems unlikely now.Continue Reading
